Duties
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of issues.
- Utilize Salesforce and other customer relationship management tools to track client interactions, manage accounts, and analyze customer data.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to provide insights that drive product improvements and enhance customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to ensure long-term success.
- Prepare reports on customer engagement metrics and present findings to management for strategic planning.
Skills
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Strong background in financial services or SaaS environments is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams to drive mutual success.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Experience in account management is a plus.
