Position Overview: We are looking for a Junior Inside Sales Representative to support our sales efforts and help grow Phantom E-Moto’s presence in the electric mobility market. This role will be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, conducting product demonstrations, managing customer inquiries, attending trade shows and events, and supporting our sales team in achieving revenue targets. The Inside Sales Representative will play a vital role in converting leads, providing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inside Sales:
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries related to electric scooters, electric bikes, and electric golf carts.
- Qualify and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, trade shows, website inquiries, and other sales channels.
- Provide detailed product information, assist with purchasing decisions, and promote Phantom E-Moto’s products based on customer needs.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Process orders, create quotes, and ensure timely follow-up to close sales.
- Trade Shows & Events:
- Represent Phantom E-Moto at industry trade shows, expos, and other promotional events.
- Assist with booth setup, demonstrate products, and engage with prospective customers to generate leads.
- Provide event feedback and report on customer interactions, sales leads, and potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and product visibility at events.
- Sales Support & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM software.
- Assist the sales manager in tracking sales progress, meeting KPIs, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge & Training:
- Continuously update product knowledge on the latest models of electric scooters, bikes, and golf carts to effectively communicate features, benefits, and specifications to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product expertise.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or retail sales. Experience in the electric vehicle, mobility, or bicycle industry is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers professionally over the phone and in person.
- Ability to build relationships and identify customer needs in a consultative manner.
- Comfort with technology and sales tools (CRM, email, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Event coordination and public speaking skills are desirable.
