Phantom Fireworks, the industry leader in the import, wholesale, and retail of consumer fireworks, is seeking a Full Stack Developer. This is a full time position in Youngstown, Ohio. This is an in office position.

You’ll dive into a versatile tech stack—think Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and a Javascript/Vue/Vuetify frontend—while occasionally flexing your skills with tools like MySQL, Flask, FastAPI, RabbitMQ, or Elasticsearch. Here’s what you’ll get to do:

• Partner with our team to uncover user needs and craft game-changing software and scripts that streamline daily operations.
• Supercharge existing applications by squashing bugs, boosting performance, and rolling out exciting new features.
• Design seamless integrations between third-party tools to automate workflows and make manual tasks a thing of the past.
• Architect and deploy robust applications to the cloud (think Heroku or AWS) and watch your solutions come to life.
• Build and optimize high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines, pulling data from sources like DB2 into our PostgreSQL data warehouse.
• Empower your colleagues—from power users to non-techies—by sharing your expertise and helping them thrive with our tools.

What We’re Looking For:

• Python Wizardry: You’re a pro at wielding Python to build scalable, efficient solutions.
• Database Dynamo: You know how to design, implement, and maintain high-performing databases and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Frontend Flair: You bring Vue, Javascript, and stellar UI/UX design skills to create interfaces users love.
• Linux Lover: You’re at home on Linux servers, scripting with bash, and scheduling cron jobs.
