What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Warehouse Assistant Manager position at Phantom Fireworks?
Phantom Fireworks is the industry leader of retail sales of consumer fireworks. We are looking for a high energy, self-motivated and customer service oriented individual to join our Retail Management team at our showroom in Breezewood, PA.
No previous knowledge of fireworks is necessary. We provide comprehensive training to include product knowledge, policies & procedures, safety training, merchandising and sales.
This position is full-time, year-round.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and experience:
- 2 – 3 years of Retail Experience
- Ability to manage a large number of employees at once as well as ability to work alone
- Must have experience in cash control procedures
- Must have flexibility in schedule, including weekends and holidays and extended hours during increased sales season.
- Must be able to multi-task, and work well in high pressure situations
- Must possess strong written and oral communication skills
- Should have basic computer skills with experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Candidate must be able to pass a credit and criminal background check.
