We are seeking a skilled and experienced Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction work such as trim, framing, and other detail oriented positions. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing installation of our motorized retractable screen installations from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will lead a team of installers, providing guidance and support while maintaining effective communication with clients and project managers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate installation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
- Manage a team of installers, providing training and support as needed.
- Perform installations motorized retractable screens.
- Be able to work efficiently on crowded job sites.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets company standards.
- Meet deadlines for jobs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Utilize power tools effectively for various installation tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of job sites by caulking and performing frame carpentry as required.
Skills
- Proficient in drywall installation and finishing techniques.
- Experience in remodeling projects with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with mortar
- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations.
- Strong frame carpentry skills with experience in building structures.
- Competent in using power tools effectively for installation tasks.
