Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline representative and voice of Pharma Logistics, dedicated to ensuring exceptional customer service experiences. You will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and accurate information. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to build positive relationships with our customers by delivering outstanding service and support.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Actively listen to customer concerns, inquiries, and feedback with empathy and patience.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
- Train customers on our online Customer Portal.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex problems and ensure swift resolution.
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM.
- Communicate clearly and effectively to convey complex information in a simple and understandable manner.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their inquiries and provide updates as necessary.
- Provide customer feedback to their direct manager to improve products and services.
- Identify recurring issues and communicate them to their direct manager.
- Adhere to established service guidelines and quality standards.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and stay current with industry best practices.
Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
- Fluency in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
- Minimum 1 years of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience working with computers; experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
- Experience with NetSuite and specifically NetSuite CRM is preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Compensation Range and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $19.00-20.000 USD hourly. Actual rate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, Pharma Logistics business and organizational needs, as well as an individuals relevant experience, education, qualifications, certifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, and/or performance.
