Position Title: Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for functions related to prospecting and acquiring new retail accounts within an assigned regional territory.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
· Development of sales strategies and techniques to garner new business
· Meeting and exceeding sales objectives to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly prospecting and sales quotas
· Prospecting for new accounts through referrals and cold-calling activities
· Required to make a minimum 75 dials per day
· Make sales presentations to a variety of audiences
· Keeping current on industry trends that may impact the business & revenue objectives of the company
· Monitor your performance and progress daily aligned with company-established objectives
· Attend industry tradeshows and networking events as needed
· Daily maintenance of CRM Software (NetSuite)
· Participation in weekly training sessions
· Other responsibilities and projects as assigned

· Ability to cold call prospective leads
· Ability to work independently as well as on a team
· A self-starter mentality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Outstanding success in providing superior service to multiple accounts in a multi-city territory
· Experience performing high-volume sales calls
· Knowledge of Sandler Sales Methodology
· Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer Web Browser
· Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers and customers
Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
· At least one (1) year successful sales experience
· Ability to sell in a Multi-state region
· Working knowledge of maintenance and reporting using a CRM Database
· Phone sales experience and/or ability to make a high volume of phone calls
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Superior communication skills in both written and oral format
· Regular and punctual attendance must be maintained in order to successfully achieve daily goals.
· Ability to successfully complete a background and drug screen
Compensation Range and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $45,000.00 plus commission. Actual salary may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, Pharma Logistics business and organizational needs and an individuals relevant experience, education, qualifications, certifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, and/or performance.
