Title: QA/QC Analyst - Batch Record - 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves conducting thorough inspections, implementing quality control measures, and collaborating with various departments to uphold our commitment to excellence.
Duties
- Conduct quality assurance inspections and audits in accordance with company standards.
- Must have some Scientific background.
- Willing to work on all shifts during batches (need to be willing to cover 2nd and 3rd shifts).
- Candidate need to be able to learn to sample batches and perform that individually.
- Batch record management is through regular review and updates, with on documentation procedures and using integrated software to streamline processes.
- Perform vision inspections and analyze data collected during the quality control process.
- Collaborate with QA/QC teams to develop and refine quality assurance processes.
- Document findings, prepare reports, and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement in production processes and recommend solutions.
- Must have Chemistry or Pharmaceutical manufacturing degree/background.

Pay: $30.28 - $35.00 per hour
