What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Contract Operations Lead position at Pharma Search Partners?
Job Summary: This role will oversee the management of Contract Operations activities such as membership review, chargebacks, and rebate processing. The individual will analyze and interpret implications of commercial contracting decisions and provide suggestions/alternatives as appropriate. They will also be responsible for providing oversight for all documentation and procedures in function, as well as being the key contact for internal and external audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Contract Operations team ensuring timely and accurate review and processing of claims.
- Serve as a subject matter expert supporting internal and external business partners on pricing decisions, contract strategies, Gross-to-Net requests, and Business Development initiatives.
- Perform ad-hoc modeling and financial impact analysis.
- Develop and maintain efficiency of systems and processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of data flow for reports.
- Lead and develop a team of 3 members to support finance department and corporate goals, as well as commit to meet all compliance and reporting requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Experience using Model N GP system, or equivalent.
- 8 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry, including 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical contract operations.
- Demonstrated critical thinking analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate to senior leadership and lead cross functional teams.
