We are seeking a Junior Manufacturing Associate to join our team and contribute to downstream manufacturing processes. This role is excellent for someone with Manufacturing intern experience or a recent graduate looking to develop a career in Biologics Manufacturing. In this role, you will assist in purifying mammalian cell-based cultures, supporting the production of recombinant proteins in a cGMP environment. You will gain hands-on experience with AKTA purification systems and tangential flow filtration (TFF) while helping to ensure compliance with batch records and regulatory requirements.

- Assist in downstream purification processes, including column packing and basic troubleshooting in a cGMP environment
- Help maintain accurate documentation, including batch records and deviation reports
- Support the execution of engineering, clinical, and commercial batches
- Work collaboratively with teams to ensure smooth operation and compliance with GMP standards
- Participate in equipment maintenance and process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Biological, or Biochemical Sciences or relevant experience
- 3 months of experience within the Pharmaceutical industry preferably in biopharmaceutical manufacturing
- Familiarity with AKTA purification systems and cGMP operations is a plus
