Water Systems Operator

we are searching for an experienced water systems operator and technician. The appointed candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining water systems, including pretreatment plants and WFI generators, ensuring compliance with cGMP regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Performs other functions as required or assigned
• Complies with all company policies and standards
• Good knowledge of water system Pretreatment plant/DI-EDI water/WFI Generator/WFI storage and distribution system
• Good knowledge of utility and water system
• Experience in operating water system, sanitization, sterilization, passivation activity
• Capable of performing work in the mechanical, pipefitting, or plumbing trades
• Detail oriented and be able to complete any required documentation
• Use basic hand tools. 
• Must be able to read, write and utilize drawings, mathematics, formulas
• Read mechanical schematics and piping diagrams P&ID's
• Must be able to work in a clean room environment
• Candidate must possess basic computer skills
• Must have ability to communicate both orally and written in a clear manner

Experience/Qualifications:

• Technical Certificate in Mechanics or related experience 
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Mechanics. preferable
• 3-5 years in plant or equipment maintenance, with experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment preferred
• Good knowledge on GMP regulations 

Salary : $35 - $40
