What You Need :
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field
6 years of HR Administration and leadership experience in a corporate or manufacturing setting.
Experience creating, deploying, and communicating HR strategy for an entire organization.
Experience designing and implementing compensation and benefit plans.
What Your Role Will Look Like :
The Total Rewards and HR Operations Manager is responsible for the organization's Compensation and Benefits Strategy and Administration, HRIS Reporting and Data Analyzation as well as overall organizational effectiveness (i.e., policy deployment & communications, succession planning, performance management, etc.)
Deliver best-in-class employee experience.
Responsible for compensation benchmarking, planning and administration,
Provide oversight of short-term incentive, and long-term incentive programs. Build reporting and communicate with all employee levels.
Maximize the value of employee benefits through creative approaches and updated benefit plan design.
Administer employee benefits program including enrollment, renewals, and qualified changes.
Oversee the on-site Employee Wellness Center and incorporate into benefits initiatives.
Provide metrics and data analytics in areas of responsibility,
Develop, implement, and maintain HR operations policies and procedures while maintaining a working knowledge of new, existing, and changing or proposed labor & employment laws.
Completes records, reporting, and other documentation required by federal, state, and provider rules, regulations, and policies.
Provide oversight and guidance of the payroll process for Greenville, SC, and New Jersey sites.
Administer the company's unemployment process.
Manage leaves of absence in compliance with FMLA, ADA, and USERRA and company policies.
Oversee worker's compensation.
Manage HR Administrator and HRIS Coordinator.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of economic conditions, labor market, and other factors related to ensuring the organization provides competitive and reasonable benefits and compensation scales and structures.
