Duties / Responsibilities :

Required Skills / Abilities :
- To be fully proficient in all aspects of Warehouse Management System (SAP) applicable to the Receiving department and able to assist employees and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Be proficient and fully knowledgeable for all functions in Receiving. Train new employees from time to time.
- Transport finished product and components from 201 to 1700 and 1700 to 201, driving a company provided box truck on an as needed basis.
- Actively participate in the setup and processing of all packaging and manufacturing work orders. Participate in the preparation and scheduling of finished product shipments to 1700.
- Interact with packaging / compounding / planning to assure that materials are staged and ready to support the production schedule.
- Attend the 2nd shift production readiness meetings.
- Understand cycle counts to maintain proper inventory.
- Be able to investigate and troubleshoot SAP transactions.
- Monitor the general orderliness and cleanliness of the work areas daily.
- Ensure equipment and fork lifts are maintained. Assure the Receiving area is secure.
- Accountable for the quality of work performed in the Receiving area.
- Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
Education and Experience :
High school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of FDA warehouse experience.
Basic Microsoft software suite skills.
SAP experience highly preferred.
