We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Medical Affairs Coordinator to provide critical support to our Medical Affairs team. This role is instrumental in managing key documentation, coordinating activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements to support clinical and regulatory operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage documentation for medical affairs projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Support the preparation, review, and submission of clinical and regulatory documentation.
- Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and communications between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed records, databases, and filing systems for easy retrieval of critical documents.
- Assist with the development and execution of project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule.
- Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, including clinical, regulatory, and administrative departments.
- Monitor and track project status, reporting updates to stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within medical affairs, healthcare, or a related field.
- Familiarity with clinical and regulatory documentation and processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
