What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmaceutical Corporate Account Sales Manager position at Pharmaceutical Manufacturer?
Our client's Corporate Account Manager is responsible for leading the launch activities of a new product, managing the key account manager team, and achieving and exceeding the sales goals by developing strategic plans to gain access to formularies and pathways within specific oncology clinics/IDNs. Responsibilities will include coaching and the development of a 6-person team through field rides, regular calls, etc. The manager will be expected to adhere to all compliance, promotional, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications - Skills & Requirements
- Relevant experience working with GPO contracts
- Established relationships within community oncology organizations
- Market Access Launch experience preferred
- Field management experience
Education & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree is required
- 8 or more years in Biotech/Pharmaceutical sales experience or related field
- Minimum of 5 years in Oncology preferred
- Relevant experience working with GPO contracts
- Established relationships within community oncology organizations
- Market Access Launch experience preferred
- Field management experience
Salary : $175,000 - $185,000
