Responsibilities
Field Operations
- Oversee Senior Manager of Field Operations in maximizing the effectiveness of customer facing teams through territory alignment, customer segmentation, and targeting
- Lead incentive compensation planning and implementation for sales and market access
- Oversee CRM system for all customer-facing roles
- Manage vehicle reimbursement program
- Establish and maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams
- Assist in training customer-facing teams on incentive compensation plans, reporting and Veeva CRM
- Provide region-specific analytics and insights to sales managers.
- Lead the Strategy and Operations Advisory Board
- Meet or exceed net sales, volume, P&L targets, and other corporate objectives
- Conduct analysis to support key strategic decisions
- Develop and manage product forecasts
- Oversee standard and ad hoc analysis and reporting
- Lead implementation of quantitative (ATU) and qualitative market research to assess and improve brand performance
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors
- Stay current and in compliance with all corporate policies and mandated government regulations
- Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
- Other duties as assigned
- BS/BA degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a role directly related to commercial insights, field operations, or a similar function such as market research, data analytics, sales operations, or commercial strategy
- Minimum 5 years of experience working within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a deep understanding of the unique commercial, regulatory, and operational challenges in this sector
- Buy-and-bill OR HEM/ONC experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize and deliver results under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey data across the organization
- Strong analytical and business acumen; proficiency in financial analysis
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Must be proficient with all MS Office applications; advanced Excel skills required

Salary : $159,000 - $205,000
