Audit & Compliance
- Review, audit, and organize all employee files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Recruitment organize and file all job files with candidate information as required by law.
- Assist in identifying and resolving any discrepancies in employee records.
- Help restructure and streamline HR electronic shared files for improved accessibility and efficiency.
- Organize confidential documents and contracts following best practices for data management.
- Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding processes, as appropriate.
- Support HR projects, as needed.
- Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Research and recommend new wellness activities to enhance employee engagement.
- Develop a comprehensive HR event calendar for the year, including wellness activities, employee engagement events, training sessions, and HR deadlines.
- Design flyers, emails, and promotional materials.
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
