Job Requirements
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and goal-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. As a PRN Pharmacist, you will work closely with our healthcare teams to provide clinical and technical support to patients and residents. A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and at least one year of experience in long-term care are required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate medication orders and make recommendations as necessary
- Maintain accurate patient databases
- Ensure laboratory tests are ordered and discussed with healthcare teams
- Provide clinical and technical support to healthcare teams
- Comply with regulatory agencies and policy
