Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative's to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our services effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
This position can be a Hybrid position with some in office working in the beginning and can become a remote position after the first month if qualified.
Variety of 8 hour shifts available between 7am - 9pm and may expand down the road.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
- Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English is required; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly preferred (especially Spanish).
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Experience with data entry and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle inbound/outbound calling with confidence and professionalism.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent organizational skills.
- A team player who can work collaboratively while also being self-motivated.
