Digital Marketing Manager with Graphic Design Skills (Remote)
We’re a fast-growing career coaching company serving a niche healthcare audience—and we’re looking for a creative, self-directed Marketing Manager to lead our digital campaigns and own the visual voice of our brand.
You’ll be the brain and engine behind our marketing—driving strategy, managing execution, and using AI tools to maximize efficiency and scale. You’ll work closely with leadership to bring new ideas to life and ensure everything we put out looks amazing, sounds right, and performs.
Responsibilities:
You’ll own and execute marketing across our key channels:
- Plan, build, and manage monthly marketing campaigns (email, social, digital)
- Build and manage a marketing calendar in Trello or similar
- Design or direct all visuals (social graphics, PDFs, slides, etc.)
- Create and deploy email sequences (cold & warm) to drive engagement
- Set up and manage retargeting ads (FB/IG/YouTube)
- Write and send a weekly email newsletter
- Track, report, and improve campaign performance KPIs
- Collaborate with leadership to promote offers, launches, and ideas
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI) to improve speed and quality
- [Bonus] Create / edit basic video content for YouTube, webinars, or repurposing
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Strong eye for design and branding
- Experience creating email campaigns, sequences, and automations
- Comfortable with retargeting ads (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
- Strong project management and time ownership (Trello, Asana, Notion)
- Familiar with tools like ConvertKit, GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, or similar
- Experience using AI tools to streamline content, visuals, or strategy
- Creative mindset — we want someone who runs with concepts and makes them better
Sample KPIs You’ll Be Measured On:
- Email open and click-through rates
- Newsletter subscriber growth
- Conversion rate from cold and warm campaigns
- CPL/CPA on retargeting ads
- Campaign asset turnaround time
- Monthly performance improvement metrics (what’s working, what’s not)
Bonus Experience (Nice-to-Have):
- Creating or editing YouTube or short-form video content
- Working with personal brands or coaching/education companies
- Copywriting or scriptwriting for marketing campaigns
- Experience in healthcare or career services industries
Time Commitment: Part-time to Full-Time (20–40 hours/week)
100% Remote: Work from anywhere — must be available for check-ins during U.S. hours (CST time zone preferred)
