Position Overview : The Analyst / Sr. Analyst will join a growing Internal Strategy team whose main goal is to help our business, finance, and research leadership partners achieve their business / scientific goals. In this role, you will report to Sr. Manager, Internal Strategy Team and collaborate with other cross-functional team members to leverage our data as strategic assets and generate actionable insights. Responsibilities : Partner with Commercial, Market Access, Medical, and Business Operations teams to identify, scope, and execute analytic efforts to tackle complex business solutions and add value through rigorous quantitative modeling and analysis. Collaborate with the broader Analytics & Insights team to review and provide feedback on analytics work being done, as well as seeking feedback about own work. Construct models for analytics-based decision-making for various applications. Create user-friendly data visualizations and dashboards to convey messages and share meaningful insights about the data. Expand your understanding of biotech and pharmaceutical business, engaging with teams and facilitating decisions based on data. Remain current on statistical / mathematical / informatics modeling methodology and be competent in justifying the methods chosen. Understand stakeholders' data needs and develop models to provide insights. Analyze data to identify patterns and trends. Develop algorithms, predictive models, dashboards, and data-driven strategies to improve business performance. Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Monitor and track the performance of data models. Keep up with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, AI, and ML methods. Qualifications : MBA or MS in a quantitative, analytical discipline, such as Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Management Science, Data Science, Statistics, Econometrics, or Engineering. Minimum 1 year of professional experience. Pharma / biotech industry experience is a plus. Familiarity with healthcare datasets (e.g. claims data, specialty pharmacy data, Veeva CRM) strongly preferred. Strong command of SQL and Microsoft Excel required. Working knowledge of statistical programming tools (R, Python, etc) and / or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc) would be an asset.
