Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop, plan, and execute internal and customer-facing projects. Manage schedules, resources, budgets, and scope to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between internal departments, customers, and other stakeholders. Ensure regular updates and status reports.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with department heads (Sales, HR, Operations, etc.) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of project deliverables.
- Contract Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding of new contracts, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks. Proactively handle issues to avoid project delays or complications.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to refining internal project management processes and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to meet project goals and deadlines. Work with teams to ensure they are adequately supported throughout the project lifecycle.
- Post-Project Review: Conduct post-project evaluations and report on outcomes to assess areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- PMP certification preferred (or similar).
- 3 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work across multiple departments and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience with business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Knowledge of Monday and Power BI preferred
