Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Data Modeling expertise to lead and oversee data modeling initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing physical data models while managing project deliverables efficiently.
Responsibilities :
- Translate and convert logical data models into physical data models.
- Define physical tables, columns, primary keys, foreign keys, data types, constraints, and relationships within a chosen database.
- Optimize the physical data model by implementing indexing strategies and performance tuning techniques.
- Generate database schema creation scripts (DDL) for deploying physical database designs.
- Perform reverse engineering to generate physical models from existing databases or database scripts.
- Analyze current data structures to identify and implement improvements for performance optimization.
- Apply different data modeling techniques (relational, dimensional, hierarchical) based on project requirements.
- Utilize Erwin Data Modeler to visualize and document the physical database design.
- Collaborate with Database Administrators to implement data models and enhance database performance.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Identifies, measures, monitors, and controls information technology risks commensurate with the Bank’s risk profile and compliance and operational risk appetite. Working experience on IT risk governance framework that establishes the roles, responsibilities, and accountability of front-line units, independent risk management, and internal audit. Working experience on assessment to determine the extent information technology systems have contributed to or are a root cause of operational and compliance deficiencies and action plans to resolve IT related root causes of operational and compliance deficiencies; an effective information technology architecture; an information security program that complies with the requirements set forth. Managed controls to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and processes; IT risk appetite metrics and limits; IT risk reporting and information systems; procedures for reporting and escalating significant IT risks and concerns and remediation activities.
