Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical client has an exciting opportunity for a V endor Operations Project Manager.
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vendor Operations Project Manager to support one of our clients in their Clinical Trials Patient Engagement Team, driving efficiency and compliance in vendor operations. This role is critical in managing the full scope of vendor operations, including procurement activities, contract oversight, and budget tracking, to ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise with a focus on vendor management, procurement processes, and financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities :
- Vendor Operations Oversight : Manage vendor selection, award / rejection processes, and contract management, ensuring smooth procurement operations.
- Procurement Coordination : Lead the creation and management of Statements of Work (SOWs), Purchase Orders (POs), and invoicing processes to ensure timely execution.
- Budget & Financial Tracking : Oversee vendor-related financials, monitoring budgets and ensuring cost efficiency in procurement activities.
- Compliance & Documentation Management : Maintain organized vendor-related records, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with internal teams, including legal, finance, and procurement, to align vendor operations with project milestones and objectives.
- Technical & Data Management : Utilize Excel and other tools to track budgets, timelines, and vendor performance metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
