The Website Compliance and Privacy Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the Patient Engagement organization's websites and digital platforms comply with all client’s privacy, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves gathering and organizing information, responding to audits and adding privacy checks and balances into team processes to maintain the highest standards of data protection and privacy. The management of website and data assets are critical in helping their team achieve their goal of broadening their reach and education of clinical trials to representative populations globally, with the goal of accelerating enrollment.

Job Summary:

The management of website and data assets are critical in helping their team achieve their goal of broadening their reach and education of clinical trials to representative populations globally, with the goal of accelerating enrollment.
Responsibilities:
- Privacy Audits: Gather information to help the team complete privacy audits and assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Process Management: Partner with internal colleagues to ensure all procedures are sequenced in the team’s workflow. Partner with Sr. Director of Website Compliance to develop and deliver training programs to educate team on privacy and compliance requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audits, and incidents. Propose storage structure of documentation for easy access and audit readiness.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on compliance and privacy issues to senior management.
- Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in website compliance, privacy, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong understanding of privacy laws and regulations, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform detailed work accurately and within agreed-upon deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and manage unforeseen changes to plans.
- Team-Oriented: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and value a diverse and geographically dispersed team.
- Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC)
- Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours/week
- Contract Length: 18 Months with Renewal
- Work Setup: Preferred Onsite in Indianapolis, IN but will consider Remote for the right candidate
