PharmcareUSA in Hydro, OK is seeking an experienced accountant to fill an Accountant ll position.
Essential Functions:
- Complete all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks in a timely manner
- Prepare monthly statements timely, and profit & loss statements as applicable.
- Compile financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts and Quickbooks.
- Review expenditures for local, state, federal, and private funding, contracts, and grants as applicable.
- Monitor and review accounting reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and review revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
- Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to vendors and clients as needed.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits as applicable.
- Will comply with all Corporate Initiatives and utilize provided tools/resources as appropriate. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Job Specifications:
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications.
- Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, three to five years of accounting experience and/or successful completion of CPA exams.

- This is largely a sedentary role; however, some bending, stooping, or standing on a stool as necessary may be required
- Must be able to tolerate a normal office environment.
