PharmcareUSA is seeking a Billing Manager!!

The Billing Manager is responsible for overseeing a remote team of reimbursement specialists, and patient and facility accounts in multiple states. Previous experience in LTC billing and management preferred. Some travel will be required.
Essential Functions:
- Conduct training of new team members
- Maintain schedules, monitor performance, and oversee production of billing team
- Monitor and maintain customer accounts, customer calls, account adjustments
- Consistently meet the billing and invoicing deadline
- Correctly determine quantities and prices for drugs billed
- Verify services and products are correctly authorized and that required documentation is on file
- Understand the terms and fee schedule for all contracts for which invoices are submitted
- Work directly with managers and clients to resolve issues and promote good practices
- Comply with all corporate initiatives and utilize provided tools and resources as appropriate
Qualifications
Job Specifications:
- Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare software applications
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Ability to work under stressful conditions
- Experience and knowledge with Excel and Word a the intermediary level or above
- Must be able to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment 100% of the time
