We are seeking a highly motivated and 10x founding software engineer dedicated to reshaping patient experiences with medications through the power of generative AI and specialized technologies. As a founding engineer, you will collaborate closely with our founders and early team members across all aspects of product and engineering primary focusing on improving our scaling and performance:

• Design: Own and support strategic new features and products from 0 to 1 and beyond. Actively contribute to our product roadmap planning.
• Development: Work across the stack, from LLM prompt engineering and integrations to Voice AI, dashboard development, and more.
• Deployment: Optimize our on-premises and cloud customer integration processes.
• Scaling: Streamline CI/CD pipelines and optimize costs.
• Performance: Improve and ensure system performance, reliability, and efficiency by leveraging automated monitoring, adopting new technologies, and implementing state-of-the-art techniques.
• Security: Oversee and improve data privacy and security features, ensuring compliance.

• 2 years of experience (excluding internships); early-stage startup experience preferred.
• Strong backend experience with Python, working with APIs, and AWS services and CloudFormation. Experience building web app frontends with React. Understanding of network security.

• You communicate clearly, ask thoughtful questions, and actively listen to others. You welcome feedback as an opportunity to grow and continuously improve.
• You build daily, ship small features daily and larger features weekly, and look for ways we can improve.
• You’ve experimented with generative AI, prompt engineering, and voice AI concepts.
• Bonus points if you have been a founder, a founding engineer, or have experience in healthtech or pharmacy tech.
