This key role will be a part of the Executive Management Team helping drive PHASE to the next level of success.

As Vice President of Sales, your primary responsibilities, skills, and educational qualifications will include:
Primary Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy: Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, setting goals, objectives, and strategies to achieve revenue targets. Develop and implement sales plans, identify market opportunities, and align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Sales Team Management: Recruit, manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the sales team is motivated, focused, and equipped with the necessary resources to succeed.
Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Develop and implement sales initiatives, monitor performance, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure consistent revenue generation.
Sales Forecasting and Planning: Analyze market trends, customer demand, and historical sales data to forecast future sales and develop sales budgets. Ensure effective resource allocation and sales planning to optimize revenue potential.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers as well as strategic partners, including referral partners and stakeholders. Lead important sales discussion and customer interactions, ensuring the team resolves customer issues effectively.
Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with Phase’s Marketing Team to develop and implement effective strategies that generate market awareness, enhance brand recognition and drive lead generation. Continuously monitor market feedback and lead generation to adjust marketing initiatives with a goal to maximize ROI on advertising and marketing spend.
Sales Performance Analysis: Develop and analyze sales metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and market data to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to align strategies, share insights, and ensure coordination for effective sales execution. Ensure sales strategies are aligned with overall company goals.
Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the emerging competition. Use market insights to adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly.

Educational and Experience Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or sales is required.
- Extensive experience in sales management or leadership positions is essential. A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth. Experience in a faith-based environment or related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market dynamics, and industry trends is crucial. Display a deep understanding of sales processes, customer acquisition strategies, and effective sales methodologies.
- Experience in managing and leading sales teams with demonstrated ability to inspire and drive a sales force, set sales goals, and provide coaching and guidance to team members.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Ability to analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic plans to enhance sales performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effectively collaborating with internal management, key stakeholders, and customers particularly those with limited business background such as Pastors and Church Elder Boards.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Ability to make critical decisions, manage budgets, and lead teams to achieve sales objectives.
