The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing corporate events, trade shows, internal company events, and other daily marketing tasks. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Plan and coordinate company events, including trade shows, conferences, employee engagement activities, and our Phase University class.
- Develop event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, accommodations, and on-site setup.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align event objectives with company goals.
- Develop event timelines, promotional materials, and post-event reports.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.
- Oversee event registration, guest lists, and communications with attendees.
- Evaluate event success through attendee feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
- Assist with daily marketing tasks such as social media postings, document creation, and minor graphic design tasks.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of trade show logistics and vendor management is a plus.

8:00 am – 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch)
