Essential Job Functions
- Mix, cut, and bake biscuits.
- Restock supplies- biscuit mix, flour, and buttermilk.
- Clean dishes.
- Clean equipment including ovens.
- Sweep and mop station.
Physical Requirements
- Lifting up to 35 lbs.
- Standing 90% of shift.
- No sitting.
The Biscuit Cook Schedule
Early hours. 4 AM - 12 or 1 PM
