Essential Job Functions:
• Mix, cut, and bake biscuits
• Restock supplies- biscuit mix, flour, and buttermilk
• Clean dishes. • Clean equipment including ovens
• Cleans tables used to prepare biscuits
• Sweep and mop station
Physical Requirements:
• Lifting up to 35 lbs
• Standing 90% of shift
• No sitting
The Biscuit Cook Schedule - 4:30 AM - 11:30 AM
