Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator at Megmeet USA's Richardson, TX location. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for HR tasks such as benefits administration, HR management, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and other admin supporting responsibilities.
Primary Key Responsibilities include:
- HR hiring function such as manage job posting, filter resumes, schedule interviews and others;
- Assist new employee onboarding process including information collection, visa applications (if necessary), training and development, performance review, etc.
- Organize campus recruiting events in the long run.
- Performance Management: Support performance management processes with managers, including performance reviews, goal setting, and disciplinary actions to drive employee success and growth.
- Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns, manage conflict resolution, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Compliance: Collaborate with ADP to ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and communicate status updates effectively to managers and employees. Ad-hoc compliance research on international hiring process.
- Handling Visa booking and preparation when needed.
- Assist local itinerary booking when needed.
- Maintain and update HR systems, employee files, policies, and various types of documentation.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated understanding of HR practices and employment laws. Experience in knowledge of FMLA/ADA laws and managing payroll will be big plus.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and be able to adapt to fast-paced, high-growth environments
Certifications: HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
