Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations based on their preferences.
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Uphold food safety standards by maintaining proper hygiene practices in the preparation and serving of beverages.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
Skills
- Proven , preferably in fine dining or nightclub environments.
- Proficiency with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
