Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel contract position in Chillicothe, OH. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and high-acuity Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) providing exceptional care to critically ill patients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care in the CVICU, managing complex cardiovascular conditions and post-operative care for patients recovering from cardiac surgery.
• Monitor and assess patients'hemodynamic status, administering medications, and utilizing advanced cardiovascular equipment.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Perform continuous assessment and monitoring of patients, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, procedures, and post-care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, treatments, and progress.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
