Looking for a CASAC Counselor or LMSW to conduct virtual and in-person services.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct individual counseling sessions and develop, monitor, and review treatment and recovery plans.
- Facilitate activities of daily living, community meetings, and engagement initiatives while implementing treatment plans in a therapeutic milieu.
- Provide therapeutic interactions to support patients in developing social, cognitive, and behavioral skills.
- Deliver psychosocial interventions to help patients manage urges, cravings, impulsivity, and cognitive distortions using motivational interviewing techniques.
- Lead individual, group, and family counseling sessions, including multi-family group counseling.
- Plan and facilitate therapeutic interactions within the milieu to enhance residents' social, emotional, and behavioral well-being.
- Assist in supervising activities that contribute to a structured and supportive treatment environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.
- Open to a brand new LCSW

Hours
Mon & Fri - 9 : 30a - 5 : 30p
Tues, Wed, Thurs - 11a - 7 : 30p
Some flexibility, but the late nights are needed
