Certified Medical Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our medical staff and ensuring a smooth operation within our clinic or hospital setting. This position requires a compassionate individual who is committed to providing high-quality patient care, particularly in areas such as internal medicine, geriatrics, and dermatology.

• Duties
• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Take and record patient histories, vital signs, and other relevant information.
• Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and answering questions.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and assist with diagnostic imaging as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma / GED.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Must have computer and / or EMR experience.

Expected hours : 40 per week
