What are the responsibilities and job description for the CONTACT CENTER SPECIALIST position at Phaxis LLC?
Responsible to receive, triaging, process, and / or investigating, as necessary, all inbound phone / emails inquiries.
Location : Remote, training will be in-person for 2 weeks at the Uniondale site
Setting : Spanish / Russian / Chinese bilingual – Require typing test with at least 45 WPM.
Schedule : Monday – Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm (1 hour lunch)
Contract Length : Covering leave until end of january. (Tentative date)
