As a K-12 school-based Special Education Teacher in Charleston, SC, your days will include
- Developing and implementing individualized Education Programs (IEP) for students
- Conducting and interpreting standardized testing to assess students’ progress
- Providing speech and behavioral therapy as needed
Job Details
Position: Contract (option to renew) in a school setting
Hours: Full-time (Monday - Friday)
Caseload: Elementary, Middle, and High School options
Successful Candidates Possess
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education (required)
- An active or pending state licensure, or the ability to obtain (preferred)
- Experience in a pediatric or school setting (preferred)
- The ability to work in the U.S. without a sponsor
