Job Summary :

Join our client’s team and play a vital role in delivering top-notch clinical support, assisting with diagnostic imaging, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
What You’ll Do : Clinical Support
Assist with patient exams, positioning, and preparation for diagnostic procedures.
Support minor surgical and medical procedures, prioritizing patient comfort.
Operate and maintain C-ARM equipment, assisting physicians during imaging.
Record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration).Perform basic lab tests and assist with specimen collection (if applicable).
Maintain and sterilize medical instruments and equipment.
Administrative Support
Schedule patient appointments and manage intake / registration
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
Assist with follow-ups and provide post-care instructions.
Coordinate with radiology and other departments for imaging procedures.
Customer Care
Provide compassionate and friendly patient interactions.
Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism.
Create a welcoming environment for patients and families.
What You Bring : Education & Training :
High School diploma or equivalent (required).
Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program (preferred).
Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent preferred).
C-ARM training or experience (highly preferred).
Experience : 1-2 years as a Medical Assistant in a clinical / healthcare setting.
Experience with diagnostic imaging procedures (especially C-ARM & fluoroscopy) is a plus! Why Join Us?
