Medical Call Center Representative HYBRID
3-4 days in office, 1-2 days remote
Manhattan, NY
Hours : 830am-430pm
In this role, you'll be the friendly voice assisting our clients Medicare and Managed Care members
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound calls, addressing member inquiries
Obtains accurate information from members
Act as a liaison between members, clinical teams, and other departments to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
Demonstrate empathy and active listening to understand and address member needs.

Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Previous experience in a call center environment, preferably in healthcare.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
