Must Have Qualifications :
- Expertise with Microsoft Power BI development
- 2-3 years insurance industry analytics experience
- Background in data warehouse design and data mining (SQL)
- In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) frameworks
- Experience working in DevOps
- Experience working with multiple data sources (JSON, XML, etc.)
- Proven ability to take initiative and be innovative
- An analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
- Experience working in an environment leveraging remote communication collaboration tools
- Familiarity with agile and software development lifecycle work - including design, build, code review, testing, release and bug fixing
Preferred qualifications
Compensation : 135-145k 15% target bonus
