Job description
The role will have a focus on maintaining the firm’s platform and assisting in the migration to modern technology solutions. Qualified candidates must have 10 years of strong knowledge and experience the software development lifecycle, including database design, modern development technologies, and processes. Excellent hands on skills with admin, troubleshooting and deployment. Experience working project management tools and creating technical specification and business requirements documents and monthly status reports to provide to Senior IT Management. This role also will need to represent the IT department in meetings with senior management to discuss requirements and communicate status and results. Previous experience working for a bank or other financial services firm in a highly regulated environment and understanding of regulatory controls, and data retention policies.
