Long standing and reputable investment banking client is seeking an AVP of Syndicate Operations to join their team.
- Support the full primary issuance lifecycle for Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions.
- Assist in deal structuring, book-building, and trade execution from deal mandate to closure.
- Coordinate with traders, syndicate desks, and investment banking teams to facilitate seamless deal execution.
- Prepare and submit CUSIP/ISIN applications for newly issued securities.
Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
