Client Care Coordinator
Locations : Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn
Position Type : Temp-to-Hire
Pay : $30–$33 / hour
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct psychosocial assessments for individuals and families.
- Provide short-term counseling, workshops, and group sessions.
- Refer clients to community resources for long-term services.
- Identify and address needs related to domestic violence, mental illness, substance abuse, or child welfare.
- Develop and implement service plans for children in collaboration with teachers and parents.
- Facilitate playgroups and workshops to address trauma.
- Escort clients to appointments and participate in evening, weekend, or holiday schedules as needed.
