We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the development and administration of compensation programs. This role will work closely with HR and leadership to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures aligned with market trends and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing compensation strategies.
- Administer and interpret compensation policies, providing guidance on salary recommendations, FLSA designation, and incentive plans.
- Conduct job evaluations, market benchmarking, and internal job comparisons.
- Present salary grade and title recommendations to leadership.
- Perform regular market research to maintain competitive pay practices.
- Track and report on compensation program costs and utilization.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of compensation analysis experience.
- Strong knowledge of job evaluation methodologies, salary structures, and incentive programs.
- Experience with market pricing and benchmarking tools.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
