Director of Information Technology

Salary is 200k to 250k

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT leadership, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and eCommerce platforms. As the IT Director, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of the company's technology infrastructure and IT strategies. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our digital business processes, enhancing user experience, and supporting our eCommerce initiatives through a robust IT ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and oversee the entire IT department, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with company goals.
• Develop and execute IT strategies that align with overall business objectives and support company growth.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the implementation and management of ERP systems, ensuring proper integration with all business functions (finance, HR, operations, etc.).
• Oversee the development, management, and continuous improvement of eCommerce platforms to support digital sales, customer experiences, and online transactions.
• Manage the architecture, implementation, and optimization of both cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and business units, ensuring alignment between IT and organizational needs.
• Lead the implementation of cybersecurity measures and ensure data privacy and protection protocols are followed.
• Oversee IT project management, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and performance standards are met.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance business capabilities.
• Stay up-to-date on technology trends and best practices, providing recommendations for adoption where appropriate.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT leadership roles with a focus on ERP systems and eCommerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) and hands-on experience in implementation and management.
• In-depth understanding of eCommerce platforms (such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.) and integration with back-end systems.
• Expertise in managing IT infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise-level technology solutions.
• Solid experience in IT project management, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams and meet objectives within set timelines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate the IT team.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a strong business acumen.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with digital transformation initiatives and agile methodologies.
• Certifications in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or eCommerce platforms.
• Knowledge of business analytics tools and data-driven decision-making practices.
