A leading Financial Services firm, Phaxis, is seeking an experienced Securities Lending/Fixed Income Operations professional to join their team in Hoboken, NJ.
This is a contract assignment with a hybrid work arrangement.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Settlements for the Capital Markets derivative business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all derivative cash flow settlements across MUSO entities.
- Enter settlement instructions into the company's system, verify accuracy, and complete client callback instruction verification.
- Agree, process, and reconcile netting based on counterparty instructions.
- Track, investigate, and recover non-receipts of funds.
- Tie CLS cash flows to internal systems, investigate discrepancies, reconcile, agree, and post funding.
- Investigate balance sheet and nostro breaks with Finance and Bank staff members.
- Processing occurs within external confirmation/settlement systems 360T, Bloomberg CMS, MiSYS, GTSS, and FX All Settlement Center.
