The Workday HRIS Support Administrator is responsible for system administration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Workday to enhance user experience and business outcomes. This role serves as the first point of contact for Workday-related queries and supports cross-functional teams in maintaining and improving HRIS functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for Workday support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Manage and monitor support inquiries, maintain the ticketing system, and escalate issues as needed.
- Conduct system audits and ensure compliance with SLAs for issue resolution.
- Train users on Workday processes and functionality.
- Support HRIS upgrades, patches, testing, and documentation of system processes.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and assist with EIB data loads.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and other teams to optimize Workday functionality and ensure system compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-3 years of Workday experience.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling sensitive HR/payroll data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
