Responsibilities
Develop and administer various People Experience plans and procedures.
Oversee full life-cycle recruitment effort for exempt and nonexempt personnel.
Perform research on recruiting outreach initiatives to expand company brand / image.
Create and manage internal employee communications including visualization of HR related data.
Participate in employee relations discussions, inclusive of coaching, counseling, dispute resolution, and exit interviewing.
Manage leave administration process for corporate personnel, including worker’s compensation.
Develop, recommend, and implement new personnel policies and procedures.
Manage company-wide attendance and Paid Time Off (PTO) tracking.
Perform benefits administration to include claims resolution, evaluation of policies for cost- effectiveness wellness planning, and annual open enrollment.
Establish and maintain analytical reports relevant to track company and departmental goals, objectives, and systems performance.
Liaise with HRIS administrators to maximize efficient use of record keeping software.
